Technical Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target and manage client relationships in the Greater Boston Area.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of the industries in which we operate.
  • Provide expert technical support and address customer inquiries with proficiency.
  • Interact effectively with clients at all organizational levels to understand and meet their technical needs.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure customer information is accurately maintained and updated in the CRM system.
 

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated expertise in technical sales, supported by a solid technical foundation
  • Over three years of experience in selling electronic components
  • Advanced computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft 365
  • AI Engine skills i.e Copilot  / ChatGPT  
  • Skilled using a CRM platform
  • Skilled in problem-solving 
  • Dedicated to continuous self-improvement
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration abilities
  • Opportunity for professional development
